The Chief Procurement Officers Alliance for Business Innovation
(CABI)
With a current membership of more than 30 distinguished Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs) from diverse industries, capital providers and foundations, our organization is committed to innovative growth.
We focus on aligning capital to build and scale small to mid size companies, that create jobs and support the communities that we live and work, leveraging the proven track records of our members in intentionality and impact.
MISSION
CABI’s mission is to identify, develop, and support the growth of small & medium-sized businesses across value-add sectors.
What sets our alliance apart is our collective commitment to work across partner CPO companies to identify category gaps and potential small/mid size businesses. We implement strategies to address gaps in the supplier market and jointly nurture small/mid market supplier development and business ecosystems. Our goal is to sustainably support the growth of both small and mid market businesses. It is our aim to support the growth of certain small / mid size businesses that create living wage jobs in the communities where we live and work so we can improve financial outcomes for American families. By leveraging our collective expertise, we aim to create a powerful network that transcends individual organizational boundaries.
This council also makes itself available as a think tank and advisor to NGOs.
Why CABI?
